Cah Fight Me Down by Onica Dick

So you wah me fight me down
But you can’t cuz you is ah ‘just come’; you cah make me frown,
Is me you want to subdue,
Boy you really doh have a clue,
I am a fierce, female warrior,
In my family the bloodline of the original Egyptian and Carib is my ancestor,
But I am wise,
My tongue is silent as I carefully observe you with my eyes,
I recognise that you are vindictive,
You only like to take; you do not want to give,
Really and truly, you do not actually care,
For you are here to create havoc and wear and tear,
To milk, to milk a fat cow,
As you continue to reap of a harvest you were not even around to plough,
You are dishonest but you claim to be holy,
But then again, you are politically artistic and flowery,
You making cake or what; am I your batter?
Or am I a ball and you are the footballer?
Take a look at your clock,
And mind you doh end up like the boy who cried wolf and eventually lost his entire flock,
Michael Jackson asked the ‘man in the mirror’ to change his ways,
I ask you the same, because you seem to be in a complete daze,
Take you fight down plan,
And fling it as far as Japan,
With you here, it’s like riding on the Titanic,
As you are trying to turn something good into a sinking ship,
But my mental structure you will not destroy,
I am floating with a very stable buoy,
Let me remind you that I am somebody; not a nobody,
It is best you don’t come too close to me as your presence just promotes negativity,
To some you are the real trailblazer,
And they so believe you’re necessary because they feel you are like a saviour,
But you just like to pass orders,
While all the hard work is being done by others,
You are like Jessie Jackson; as you approach the cameras; you join the protest march at the front and take all the glory,
And then act as though you are the main initiative who spearheaded the activity,
But don’t worry! What is in the darkness will certainly come to light and all the hype will soon be over,
Your curtains will fall, your castle will crumble; everyone except you will remain standing and not a word will you Mr. Con Man be able to utter…..
