I drink that glass of water before any meal
Sipping slowly, I move to an empowering smoothie:
Berries, kale or spinach, chia and honey
After consumption, nobody better than me.
Then another glass of water cuz water is life
Overcoming challenges of the day, overcoming strife
Drinking, drinking by midday I'm at five
A healthy home-cooked meal, thankful to be alive.
Digestion is key
So after lunch, no juice, is green tea
It's all about treating this body beautifully.
Then everything settles
The stomach takes a life of its own
No controlling it
People's eyes going to burn.
It really would not matter if it's silent or loud
Is a gas mask you'll need when I fog up d clouds
If it's up to me, I'll release it gradually
But sometimes it just slips out unexpectedly!
Into the world free
No longer colon-ized
Odorous gases escape free
Now, that is liberty!
